- 1/2 lb. Penne pasta, cooked and lightly oiled
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 1 bunch Asparagus tips
- 1/2 medium Red onion, French-cut
- 1/3 cup White wine
- 2 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Citrus Chardonnay Sauce
- 1 cup Chicken, grilled and sliced
Heat butter in a large sauté pan over high heat. Add asparagus and red onions; sauté for 1 minute. Add wine and orange juice, allow to simmer for 1 minute. Stir in cream and Citrus Chardonnay Sauce. Reduce sauce until desired thickness is reached. Serve over pasta, top with grilled chicken. Enjoy!
